The safety of our participants is of great concern to us. With the following COVID-19 protocols in place, we believe our OFFBEAT workshops will not only be safe but also an opportunity for participants to take a much-needed break from these stressful times and dive into their creativity in a spectacular setting.
Note: Protocols may change at any time according to provincial legislation:
*Please review our Workshop Terms and Conditions prior to booking.
*There is currently no need to self-isolate in Alberta when arriving from a domestic destination.
*Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19; with a history of international travel in the last 14 days; or with close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days must remain at home.
*All participants must self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 and isolate immediately if they present symptoms. There are no refunds should a participant become ill during the workshop.
*Masks are recommended, and may be mandated, for use in indoor spaces. Masks will be worn outdoors when a 2-metre distance cannot be maintained. Please bring your own masks (OFFBEAT will have some on-hand).
*OFFBEAT will provide hand sanitizer to be used throughout the workshop.
*Personal transportation must be arranged for the duration of the workshop.
*Adjustments may be made to group meals or snacks to account for any necessary adherence to COVID-19 provincial guidelines.
*To support public health contact tracing efforts in the event that an attendee tests positive, OFFBEAT will provide all participant contact information to Alberta Health.
*Contrary to our usual policy of encouraging group hugs and high-fives, we ask participants to abstain from physical contact.
